Being able to build some of the largest interstates and roadways throughout the Southeast were the rewarding components of the position.

Cons

Senior management was not envolved in day to day activities. Owner of company flies in on moments notice, drives through jobsites, and never has any time to stop and talk to field personnel that make the millions that fuel the jet and yacht he fishes on.
