Pros

REFLOOR is a fast paced company with a lot of opportunity if you are willing to work hard. The training helped me learn the flooring industry quickly and the managers were supportive when I had questions. The team environment is positive and people celebrate wins together.

Cons

The schedule can be busy during peak seasons, but it also means more opportunities to earn.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that your first months at Refloor have matched the expectations set during the interview process. We believe trust starts there, and we work hard to ensure what we promise in the hiring process becomes the reality of the day-to-day experience. It is especially rewarding to hear that, after several years in the home improvement and sales space, Refloor feels like a place you can truly call home. Creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and set up to succeed is a huge part of what drives our culture. We are proud of the leadership team in Greenville for bringing that experience to life locally, and even more excited about what is ahead for you as you continue to grow with us. Thank you for being part of the team and for helping us build something special. — The Refloor Team

Pros

Very supportive culture. Training is a priority that is always developing and getting better. Everyone, all the way to the top of the food chain, is approachable and values your input.

Cons

It is easy to put in a lot of time if you don't self-regulate. That is not on REFLOOR, that is on me.
