Pros

You’re going to get great intense in home sales training daily

Cons

No pay for training. Jobs take a while to be installed. Lot of room for things to go left and not get paid. You don’t get paid until install is done. You’re going to put a million miles on your car with no compensation for it. Lot of gossip and tension amongst management. It’s kind of like a cult atmosphere also

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at Refloor. It's encouraging to hear that you found value in the sales training provided. Developing confident, knowledgeable sales professionals is an important part of our business, and we appreciate your recognition of that effort. We also recognize that the commission-based nature of the role, travel expectations, and overall workplace experience did not align with what you were looking for. As with many sales positions, the role comes with unique challenges, and we understand that those experiences can vary from person to person. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding leadership and employee support. Perspectives like yours help us better understand where employees feel there are opportunities to improve. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Pros

Very supportive culture. Training is a priority that is always developing and getting better. Everyone, all the way to the top of the food chain, is approachable and values your input.

Cons

It is easy to put in a lot of time if you don't self-regulate. That is not on REFLOOR, that is on me.
