Pros

There are a lot of perks to working for Regal Entertainment. For starters, there is free popcorn and drinks during your breaks (if you bring your own containers), you can see all the movies for free, discounted concessions, flexible schedules especially for a student ( I know because I've been a student for my entire career at Regal as both cast member and management) but I think the best part is working for a company that has many internal opportunities. A lot of the corporate office is made up of past theater managers which means they understand where you are coming from and they really just want to be able to help you!

Cons

Sometimes it may feel stressful, if its understaffed one day or a customer comes in grumpy, but if you have a good attitude, a great crew of co workers, a smile on your face and you don't take little things like that personally, its a really wonderful place to be :)

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
