Pros

Theres no pros to this job because they expect you to give them everything you have. They rob you of your morality, your time, your energy, and your sanity and still they pay you next to nothing ,not even a livable wage amongst even a full time manager spot.

Cons

After they get rid of middle management they'll jack up the prices - that were already too high, so hold on to your wallets ladies. I'm part time working over 40 hours a week with no benefits and supervisors who have clearly given up. It's sad because all of this reorientation and "Restructuring" wont save this already dying company.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
