I have seen people who worked decades for Regal disappear overnight. Those people made the company what it was until the takeover. It was an international company with a hometown feel. I have been through births and deaths with my co-workers. I didn't realize I cared about people who had previously only been a name on the phone list. The whole company culture has changed. I don't know of any long time employee who is happy. I had planned on staying with the company for a long time but not anymore. They might as well go ahead and change the name of the company, because it sure ain't Regal anymore.
