      None this company is terrible seriously steer clear

      Poor management - all. They care about is on the corporate level - do not give a crap about employees - IT dept is non existant - they believe in printing and using as much paper as they can - needless reports - lazy corporate people add busy work when they can look up the same information on their limited computer based system

      Good structure and business sense. Good technology systems.

      Cons

      NOT PEOPLE ORIENTED - only bottom-line, harsh rough-housing culture, disconnected and rigid corporate leadership, DOES NOT RESPECT BOUNDARIES, NO WORK-LIFE-BALANCE, no clear policies or procedures (advantage for employer), says it's policy when there isn't a written policy, they make it up as they go. I just roll my eyes when I see their recent slogan of, "Be Part of More." They expect their employees to give 150%, with fewer resources, staff - who cares about the consequences for the employee - and then have the gall to ask us to "be part of more??!!" Gah!
