      it depends on how far and how well you will like to be infiltrated into company politics

      The list is ongoing and never ending. 1. Poor management 2. Picky about every little thing 3. Focus lost from goal 4. Clickish 5. HR does not protect or help employees 6. It all about who you know 7. Politics never undying 8. No opportunity for growth unless you are someone pet 9. No culture 10. Employees are allowed to be rude, unless you are within that click. 11. They will fire you over any small mistake. 12. No team atmosphere 13. Benefits are horrendous 14. No kindness The list goes on.

      Pros

      Good structure and business sense. Good technology systems.

      Cons

      NOT PEOPLE ORIENTED - only bottom-line, harsh rough-housing culture, disconnected and rigid corporate leadership, DOES NOT RESPECT BOUNDARIES, NO WORK-LIFE-BALANCE, no clear policies or procedures (advantage for employer), says it's policy when there isn't a written policy, they make it up as they go. I just roll my eyes when I see their recent slogan of, "Be Part of More." They expect their employees to give 150%, with fewer resources, staff - who cares about the consequences for the employee - and then have the gall to ask us to "be part of more??!!" Gah!
