      Reasonable pay, can work in different facilities

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism with upper management, they had you do over time every day because the DOR was lazy to find PRN help, they will put yoy on the cutting block if you're not a brown noser or on the in-group. Never say the DOR actually see patients and got away with it for years, probably still doing it now. Always understaffed with CNAs. No opportunity to grow in the company.

      Pros

      Good structure and business sense. Good technology systems.

      Cons

      NOT PEOPLE ORIENTED - only bottom-line, harsh rough-housing culture, disconnected and rigid corporate leadership, DOES NOT RESPECT BOUNDARIES, NO WORK-LIFE-BALANCE, no clear policies or procedures (advantage for employer), says it's policy when there isn't a written policy, they make it up as they go. I just roll my eyes when I see their recent slogan of, "Be Part of More." They expect their employees to give 150%, with fewer resources, staff - who cares about the consequences for the employee - and then have the gall to ask us to "be part of more??!!" Gah!
