Pros
Really enjoy the company, and especially the people I work with. Joined about 6 years ago as a contractor, converted to full-time, and have been able to move to a few different departments in that time. The team's I've worked on are hard-working and knowledgeable, and everyone is bought in to the shared vision of the company. I still get motivated and choked up everything I hear a patient story about how one of our products has significantly improved their life. In terms of culture, (at least in my group) there is a lot of trust that people will get things done, and not a lot of micro-managing (which I appreciate). I feel like every time I tell others about where I work, I always tend to get energetic and passionate about it. I've never experienced this at other companies where work was work, and you do it for a paycheck.
Cons
The company is growing, so your run-of-the-mill growing pains. Need more space, parking, etc. (and I'd take some more salary - the company pays fairly but the compensation package is balanced a lot on discretionary bonus, stock options, and other benefits). Would love to see the company upgrade some of it's systems/processes as well.
