      Pros

      Great products. Local management is good. Sanofi partners locally are awesome...but corporate doesn't get it.

      Cons

      Struggling to define a positive culture, any culture. Much posturing by new sales employees initially sent a science based warped culture. Now the culture is somewhat shattered...limping along. Poor communication from the top.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
