HR is a mess! - Anonymous employee Regeneron Employee Review

Shocked when I asked the HR person for help on a personal issue. She dismissed me, never made the next meeting, called my manager to know what I wanted, and now my manager thinks I was complaining. So much for confidentiality. I had to explain my personal issue. Embarrassing. Told there have already been many complaints. HR is pushing them under the rug.
