      Fast paced, rapidly growing company with an extensive pipeline. Company goes above and beyond for its employees. Employee feedback is frequently sought and implemented. We work hard but we make time for fun also.

      Rapidly changing environment and priorities can shift often. You need to be comfortable with change and be flexible to work in this environment.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
