      Fantastic people, great teamwork, excellent benefits and highly rewarding, fresh new company mindset, on-site gym, daily exercise classes, flexible work schedule, huge learning opportunities, good managers, good social events

      It’s a new start up operation and it is busy. There are lots of new people joining each week so the site is still growing and expanding. No real cons

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
