      Pros

      Regeneron is focused on constant improvement, and doing the right thing at all times. The benefits are very good and the atmosphere is youthful and enthusiastic! There is emphasis on employee growth and there is lots of opportunity for moving up or across departments.

      Cons

      Individual managers may not be aligned with the overall company goals, but with some self-advocacy any of these obstacles can easily be overcome.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
