Pros

Have worked in a number of large companies nationally and locally, they've all been good but working here has been great. The work is always challenging, in a learning every day way and the pace is always fast, in a let's get it done way...it's good to work for a company that is genuinely up for change and getting things done. Even though it's a large company, it has a small company feel because almost everyone knows everyone and there's a real sense of working together to make things happen. And if you want them...the opportunities are there, a lot of companies talk about a "career path", this one can actually demonstrate that they can and have actually delivered on that for people. They're big on rewards too...I get my nails done onsite, i've had a session with a reflexologist onsite, i've had a massage onsite and I'm at the onsite gym having a PT session at least three times a week...ok...only twice a week...but the point is...as an employer I think Regeneron is hard to beat!

Cons

I would have to make some up...so no, none.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

Cons

If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
