Pros
Generous and tremendously flexible company. The culture is unique in the sense that employees happiness is what drives our quality products. Keeping employees happy has lead to tremendous output and staying longer than anticipated. The resources including a gym, free food and flexible hours allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Cons
The management team can be inexperienced as this is primarily a younger demographic.
