      Regeneron is a company that cares about the community and its employees and shows it! The company offers plenty of room for advancement and opportunities for self growth. And the perks are great too (on site gym with trainers, three month maternity leave, and lots more).

      Cons

      The company demographic could be more diverse. Most employees are between 25 and 35 years old.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
