The location is not the best

The company genuinely cares about its employees, their well-being, and the long-term health of the business. For roles that require more onsite presence, Regeneron is generally flexible, and many managers are accommodating when employees need to work from home occasionally. Personally, I have never experienced micromanagement, although I have heard from colleagues who have, and in some cases, it influenced their decision to leave. Additionally, the company offers a strong benefits package that is particularly competitive for the area where I live. If you're looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry, Regeneron can be an excellent place to start. The company offers opportunities to explore different functions, gain diverse experiences, and develop a better understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape. It's a great environment for discovering where your interests and strengths align while growing your skills and advancing your career.

One challenge at Regeneron is the inconsistency in work arrangements across teams.
