Company is on the rise, not declining or consolidating like the bigger companies. Company has a lot of money with which to do great research. Constantly developing new technologies and new methods.
Cons
Pay is average of other drug companies. If company is so great, like its board says it is, then pay should be better. Hard to recruit good candidates at mediocre and non-competitive salaries. Main site is in Tarrytown, NY, a very expensive place to live near. Non-mangers' accomplishments often go unnoticed by higher management.
