Pros
Good benefits such as amount of paid time off, Bonus is 8-10% of your salary plus they give you more based on company performance for the year, have a lot of team/company events, usually have half days on Friday's in the summer when the weather is nice/ and or it’s a holiday weekend.
Cons
Base salary isn’t as high as other pharmaceuticals. Specialist don’t get paid as much as engineers but still do similar work. They are also not promoted as fast as engineers.
