      Management will work with you if you have an issue outside of work.

      Cons

      Working in a highly regulated environment and Regeneron is very behind in the technical space with operations. It’s like trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. Policies and rules are constantly changing and vary depending on who you talk to in management so it makes it hard to try and do the right thing. Department has gone through three reorganizations in 6 years. Work life balance is rough if you work a weekend shift.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
