      Pros

      -Great salary and benefits especially for the area. - Open to new ideas and encourage them - DE&I culture is strong

      Cons

      - Absolutely no remote work allowed unless you are one of the lucky few to have gotten a position during Covid. - Work-life balance can be non-existent depending on the group you are in. - They promote the wrong people and managers who have no idea how to lead/guide are put in those positions. -Very few growth opportunities unless you are a favorite. -Culture is somewhat of a cult at this point.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
