      There is a Friendly environment, good healthcare benefits & good compensation depending on department. Managers and supervisors are understanding that the job is demanding.

      Cons

      There can be little to no work life balance at times, schedules can change suddenly and you are unable to make outside commitments due to demands of job.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
