      Good benefits with healthcare and dental

      Cons

      Managers are very poor and care more about survey results and ego than their actual employees. Promised promotions are now being revoked. Our cubicals were removed for hot desks that has created a unworkable disgusting loud environment. Nothing has improved in the last few years. With the amount of change that's occurred managers are completely disconnected from what their employees do. Managers who harass employees last years before termination.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
