There are really no pros.
Cons
The management is very unprofessional. They gossip and turn employees against one another. They also tell personal business that is against the law. They claim to have an open door policy, but I filed open door, and I got written up. They also talk about sex. Their benefits suck. You can’t take time off the last week of the month, nor the first four days. You only get 2wks vacation up to 5 years, and their medical coverage is $87.00 per pay check.
