Decent benefits and bonuses if you can get them
Cons
High stress at all times and bonuses are set to reward standard performance while top performers are driven out. They would rather pay more people small amounts than reward top performers. And yearly reviews are a joke. You only get a good review if your supervisor likes you. A lot of favoritism. And the corporate office has a totally different agenda than helping the branches succeed.
