      Pros

      At least I have a job at my age. Bonuses, if you ever make them. Very flexible if you need to schedule time off.

      Cons

      Very few people over 50 in the company branches. Told I would be promoted in a very short time, didn't happen .Brought other people in.Pay is low and you are expected to use your on car making collection calls. Yes, they do give you a fuel allowance but not enough to cover fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle. Ever since new management I am in the field every day! Bonuses are almost non-existent. The more new loans the home office adds on, the harder it is to meet your percentages.

      Fast‑paced environment — Can be demanding at times, but it pushes you to your best. High expectations — Standards are high, but they also lead to major achievements like Chairman’s Forum. Continuous improvement mindset — Always room to grow, but leadership provides the tools and support to help you get there.
