Pros
The supervisor I worked for did not micromanage at least in the beginning. Benefits and pay was ok.
Cons
No clear cut consistent goals, antiquated technology in the branches ie one email account in the branch for example and very limited internet access that ran very slow. Overall management and culture was predominantly negative all you are ever told is what you need to do better. Long hours with very little time off allowed first year of employment. Home office employees were rude most of the time especially in HR.
