      Pros

      Not a very stressful job. Enjoy working with the customers and my employees. It's a growing company with potential.

      Cons

      False promises, outdated system, no one at home office is friendly or willing to help they all say look it up, benefits are terrible, they cater to males and discriminate females especially when it comes to benefits and leave, the supervisor was a joke.

      Fast‑paced environment — Can be demanding at times, but it pushes you to your best. High expectations — Standards are high, but they also lead to major achievements like Chairman’s Forum. Continuous improvement mindset — Always room to grow, but leadership provides the tools and support to help you get there.
