Pros
- you'll meet a couple great customers and a couple great workers - branch environment is up to branch manager, but even then they are usually stressed by upper management - if you're in headquarters you might get to work from home but if you work in a branch nope
Cons
I read a review before starting with this company and I tried to get them benefit of the doubt before starting but no only disappointments ~ - dead end "opportunity" - company does not care about you - they will pay you next to nothing for the energy you put in - will never be happy with your achievements - make you stay long hours and they will be stingy about overtime - want you to come in early but get upset when you accumulate overtime - always a hassle to get even one day of pto bc your office will probably always be short handed bc the turnover rate is so ridiculous - couldn't go three months without program crashing, and yes sometimes district wide - couldn't go three months without phone lines crashing, and yes sometimes district wide - you'll be expected to do work of 2-3 people getting paid less than you should pay 1 person - you'll be expected to go in while there is ice on the road bc they don't care about you
