      Pros

      Depending on who your BM and DM are is a good work place environment for beginners.

      Cons

      Schedule changes so often depending on which district you work for. We weren't working late hours then all of a sudden they tell us we're working till 8pm Tuesday, Thursday and Possibly Friday. They want AM's out at people's houses 6-8pm and depending on which district and area your in could be dangerous, but the company or upper management don't care about our well being. All they care about is results which is fine but at what cost?? Way to go to all the Upper management in the TEXAS DISTRICT!

Great leadership support — My supervisor provides guidance and encouragement that truly makes a difference. Opportunities to grow and excel — Clear goals and recognition make it motivating to come to work every day.

      Fast‑paced environment — Can be demanding at times, but it pushes you to your best. High expectations — Standards are high, but they also lead to major achievements like Chairman’s Forum. Continuous improvement mindset — Always room to grow, but leadership provides the tools and support to help you get there.
