Its that kind of attitude that will be naturally also extended to our customers because its a embedded culture. I enjoy getting up and going to work everyday because I feel as if I am now working for a company that values the people they employ - and also care about how that also positively impacts their customers.

I can see that there are some gaps whereas one area may not fully understand what is going on in another - and because of that there may be some unnecessary overlap.
