The benefits and work life balance along with the impossible goals to reach in order to receive a bonus are very disheartening. They do not offer mental health days and the do not pay for intermittent FMLA . They also expect you to have a in-depth conversation about financial goals, assist with customer concerns, document the account and make referrals in 6 minutes. There's no email time to review policy changes. There's nothing provided to boost moral...I can go on and on. It's just not a good fit for me.
