Pros
The use of a palm pilot is helpful in keeping track of hours worked, patients and even things like daily tasks.
Cons
There is an expectation of very high productivity without much regard for patient care and outcomes. Outwardly, RehabCare likes to make people think they are very focused on good patient care, but generally the focus of instruction from senior management is to reduce cost and increase productivity with very little regard for what quality of care is being provided.
