Pros
Excellent benefit package, provides 24 paid days off per year (you start accumulating these hours immediately), excellent compensation compared to other areas of employment
Cons
They tell you that one of the benefits of working for a contract therapy company is that there are PRN people who can cover if you need a day off. What they don't tell you is that sometimes they don't really have PRN people available and that they either will not allow you to take a day off or they will make you feel guilty if you do take a day off. They are not always reasonable with productivity and they are more dollar focused than patient focused.
