Pros

RV is firm in expectations but fair and reasonable about them. My superiors routinely emphasized work life balance and made it clear they did not expect me to work more than 40 hours each week. They gave me the tools and resources needed to accomplish their expectations.

Cons

Contracts are tenuous and answering to multiple bosses, RV and the contracted entity, presents it's own challenges of conflicting expectations
