8yThank you for taking the time to leave this review. It appears that there are a few areas that are causing you dissatisfaction. Although we can attempt to address some of them here, we're hopeful that you have shared feedback with your supervisor, other firm leaders or HR regarding your concerns. We are not able to continuously improve without feedback from our talented associates.
Compensation is definitely an area that we strive to be competitive in. We have engaged with a highly regarded compensation consulting firm to ensure that we are bench-marking in our industry and key markets as well.
In terms of benefits, our team is constantly bench-marking with peers in our industry and have found our benefit program to be quite competitive. In addition, we have introduced enhanced benefits each year to make our program even stronger.
In addition to providing direct feedback internally, we are also hopeful that you have provided input through our annual associate survey. Associate feedback allows us to identify key areas that are creating dissatisfaction. That being said, we are proud to report that through our associate survey tool, we have learned that the majority of Rehmann associates are highly satisfied and our turnover is actually lower than most in our industry.
