Pros
This is a really self-directed place, which has been a pro for me but I recognize might be a con for others. The firm has grown significantly over the last 8-10 years (again, some pros/cons with that) but I think it's remained true to its core values of doing high quality work for clients who are trying to do good in the world. Also the people who work here are smart and just very kind human beings.
Cons
Growing pains have been real. Finding a balance between structure/process and the self-starter mentality of Reingold's days a smaller firm has been challenging at times. Sometimes the tendency to want to bend over backwards for clients can create issues with overcommitting staff and resources.
