Pros
- They hire for the people, not the project, and that shows. In other agencies, it's common to be hired for a project and then fired once it finishes. - Great coworkers (due to the first point). I actually made multiple friends that I'll have going forward! - Digital marketing leadership is cutting edge, attentive, accessible, and down to earth. - Has a strong culture that was able to seamlessly transition to a fully digital work place. - Reingold grows internal talent. They are more than willing to teach you new skills and place you on work YOU want to do. (This fact is one of the reasons Reingold is able to retain such talented people.) - Strong internship-to-hire pipeline, which plays into the point above.
Cons
- Salary. - Much of senior leadership still romanticize the "when we played nerf in the office" days, where everyone knew everybody. Due to the rapid growth in the last 3 years the vast majority of current employees weren't around then. Referencing the good ol' days makes those that weren't around for those times feel excluded. It's certainly NOT leadership's intention (we all long for simpler times) but references to these simpler times comes up in one way or another every other meeting / all staff.
