Pros
I've been at Reingold for three years now and the pitch of "Do you want to do good work for great causes?" turned out to be true. Having been a creative for the 2020 Census as well as the Biden administration's vaccine campaign, WE CAN DO THIS, I have been able to do award-winning work that actually has made a positive difference.
Cons
I have worked at huge agencies and small agencies. They all have issues with internal communications and tough clients but the Reingold difference seems to be that they care about their people.
