Pros
Flexible schedules, customer oriented, paid bi-weekly, and is decent to start out as.
Cons
Reiser only believes in fighting for your salary initially and then after that you get minimal raises regardless of how well you perform the year prior. The employee reviews are haphazard at best. Upper management does not want to take responsibility for some departments and thus causes confusion. They do not negotiate salary after hiring. Bottom line, great to start out here to get experience, but don't stay here long as their competitiveness in the job market quickly falls. People here are frustrating due to the company haphazardly switching from a mom and pop type place to a corporate type job. DO NOT STAY PAST 3 years here or you will be underpaid by a long shot.
