Pros

Most people who work there below management

Cons

I worked for Robert Reiser and Company and found out after years working there, that were supposed to be paying overtime. I filed a complaint with attorney generals office about it and they chose not to persue the 200 million dollar company to protect the employees from unfair business practices. They told me i was not wrong, but they would not persue the case. I had to start paying a lawyer to start trying to get the 140 or so (including myself) techs their fair compensation for working overtime. I have since had to get another job with another packaging company, which does as Mass law dictates, pay blue collar workers overtime past 40 hours per week. I now find out that in Civil Action case No. 15-11746 in 2016 that Robert Reiser and Company did not dispute that they had a meeting about non payment of overtime for non exempt employees in that case. The fact that they did not dispute non payment is pretty clear. But in that case and mine, the attorney general Maura Healey's dept did not do a thing to protect the american worker from the greed of big business, and we have to fight for ourselves to get what is already defined by law out of our own pockets. Disappointing that we pay so much intaxes for our elected officials to get paid to do nothing when facts are laid out infront of them, and they ask us to fight their battles at our expense. Unsure if its lack luster performance or big business has deeper pockets than the taxpayer. Thank you Maura Healey for reinforcing the opinion of most that the state government shows little involvement on issues unless it pertains to themselves, and not for the people who inadvertently put them into those positions... Beware technicians that want a job here. They charge their customers overtime and do not pay it to their field service techs, in house techs are. There are also some other extremely bad business practices that are devulged in that civil suit mentioned. For the customers, beware the "Sold as new" policy of taking a used machine and polishing it up to be "sold as new" as it was only a "demo machine". That means it failed at another location for whatever reason, only to be "sold as new". Another thing that the attorney general will probably turn a blind eye to.
