There is also generous and fair compensation when asked to cover, travel, or work outside your usual setting, such as weekends or alternate locations. On top of that, the team environment is collaborative, welcoming, and enjoyable to be part of.

There are a few areas where the company could continue to grow, particularly with benefits. PTO does not roll over year to year, there is currently no 401k match, sick leave, or maternity leave. Additionally, showing a bit more appreciation and support for the Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and front desk team would go a long way, as they play a vital role in the overall success and daily operations of the clinic.
