Business Outlook

Pros

The mobile department is a great team. The mobile software manager is an amazing person, who is truly looking out for his employee's best interests. Benefits are good, and health insurance has amazing coverage. Pay is pretty decent too, for entry-level. The Maryland office has many perks.

Cons

Upper and middle management do not think things through. It feels like plans are made by the sales and design team, with no analysis about what it will take to implement. Sales team sells products which haven't been created yet. Communication between departments is often poor. Several teams are given high workloads without a clear prioritization of tasks or adequate cycles to complete the work.
