Pros
Considerate site staff members on most of the sites. Comparable benefits but nothing special. Recruiting department was helpful but a little slow.
Cons
In my experience the people in charge had very little knowledge of the actual condition of the properties and were without professional people skills. The upper management had a tendency to keep to themselves and provide information to persons in their own little clicks; Yes, just like high school. There was no hands on training, no feedback. Job expectations were non-existent and self promotion was in full swing. Corporate doesn't recognize a job well done but protects their own.
