Working face to face with residents and assisting them.

So called leads refuse to do their own jobs and constantly rely on others to do their job for them (asking for assistance is always acceptable, but making others do most everything on most days is not. Growth is mind-blitheringly slow and your mileage will vary. Proceed with extreme caution. They promise, as half of their brand promise, to "expect more at work". Don't. I did and it was a big disappointment as they simply ignore this part of their branding. There are some good people but the bad ones far out number the good ones. Again, your mileage may vary, but as for me, lesson learned.
