Beware of the RCA - Anonymous employee Relativity Employee Review

Thank you for providing your review – your opinion matters to us. You highlighted a couple of points that we’d like to address. You’re right -- the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam is difficult. We expect Relativians, who build our software or work closely with customers, to be certified, which is a common practice for software companies. To clarify, the 2017 pass rate for Relativians was over 90%, and we give individuals multiple opportunities to take the test. Those, required to be certified, are informed about the RCA exam in their offer letters and are able to spend their first paid four weeks on the job studying for the test.
