Thank you so much for sharing your feedback on working at Relativity. I’m happy to hear that you’ve had a very positive experience thus far and value our growth potential. I also really appreciate the candid feedback and advice to management that you’ve shared around work-life balance and inclusion, diversity and belonging (IDB). We are continuously working to ensure that our employees maintain strong work-life balance and recognize that some roles might be more demanding than others. We are working closely with those department leaders and managers to identify thoughtful and customized solutions to ensure that employees can take time off knowing their teams are appropriately enabled to pick up the additional work. I also want to note that we always consider diversity of perspective when we hire new Relativians and promote internally to build our teams, no matter the department. We recognize the importance of building teams that are not only physically diverse (gender, age, ethnicity, etc.), but those that have diverse thinking and can draw on their different life experiences to create unique perspectives that will set up our business for success.
