Pros
* Great culture - unlimited PTO that you are encouraged to use, plus 2 week-long holiday breaks in the winter and summer, generally good work life balance * The CEO truly cares about the employees and their wellbeing. We have lots of benefits and resources for health and wellbeing. * Market leader in our space with tons of opportunity to grow still * Generally co-workers are smart and great to work with.
Cons
* Compensation is really lacking in a lot of areas. Base pay is low, 401k matching is low, with no true up offered. Equity is often touted, but it's very to difficult to understand the value. Management gets asked about compensation all the time, but doesn't seem to actually see it as an issue * Very limited career growth. Despite having a new "job architecture", promotions are confusing and basically non-existent. You can expect to wait 5+ years for any kind of promotion, unless you are on of a few people that management has seemingly fast tracked and promotes every 1.5 to 2 to years. * Very slow and difficult to get anything done. Tons of competing priorities and many of the initiatives are top down.
